本論文旨在護理倫理學的發展與實踐，由於護理倫理學的發展受時代潮流的影響，因此論文第一部份由護理理念演進、生命倫理、女性主義、現象學、以及儒道思想的角度分別探討護理倫理學發展的方向。第二部分由人我關係的互動論述護理倫理的實踐。
