莫泊桑是法國文學史上的中短篇小說大家，作品三百有餘，以自然生動的筆觸，深入淺出的文字刻畫人生百態。本論文以三種社會邊緣人為研究對象：私生子、妓女與精神病患。透過每一種典型人物的特質，剖析其造化與命運，並試圖發覺十九世紀法國的某些社會問題；最後根據目前法國政府對這三類弱勢族群的接納與所提供協助應證社會之進步與價值相對論之存在。 |
| 英文摘要 |
Guy de Maupassant is one of the famous novelists in the history of French literature. He is good at describing the real life and has written more than three hundred short stories which were vitalized by his colorful style. The research objects of this thesis are included three kinds of marginal man: Illegitimate child, prostitute and mental illness. Through the personalities of each model characteristic, we analyze their fate and try to discover some social progress and of the value relativism by the assistance procession of which given to three kinds of minority people by the French government. |
