哲學諮商的方法在中西哲學史上所在多有，汗牛充棟，無法完全交代，本文中將先從當代較流行的三位哲學諮商師(Marinoff, Raabe, Achenbach)所使用的方法簡單的來說明，再介紹作者所用的C.LS.A．方法。 作者在2003年在輔大哲學系開創哲學諮商學群之後，就在思考是否也有一個可以適用於臺灣的哲學諮商方法？在2004年底有了C.I.S.A．的構想，經過一年多的思考、教學及運用之後覺得有其可適用性，以下之敘述，乃就其精要部分加以介紹：所謂C.I.S.A．的C是覺察(Consciousness)、I是指洞見(Insight)、S是指靈動(Spiritual Moving)、A則是指(Ascend)，這種方法不但是一種過程也是一種帶向身心靈成熟的方法，現僅就其條件及態度加以說明。

There are too many methods of philosophical counseling in the history of Chinese and Western philosophy for us to display here. We will first make a brief introduction to the methods employed by three of the more popular contemporary philosophical counselors. Ever since inaugurating the curriculum of philosophical counseling in the Department of Philosophy at Fu Jen University in 2003, the writer has been thinking about whether there is a method of philosophical counseling applicable to Taiwan. In 2005, the writer came up with the conception of C.I.S.A. and now, after more than a year of thinking, teaching, and application, considers it applicable. The essence of C.I.S.A. is as follows: C.I.S.A. refers to Consciousness, Insight, Spiritual Moving, and Ascend. This is not only a process but also a way to physical and spiritual maturity. Now we only focus on the conditions and attitude of this method.
