英文摘要 |
The article deals briefly with the doctrine of Thomas Aquinas on the Divine Law and its relationship with Natural Law. Its main points can be summed up as follows: the Divine Law, which is given directly to human beings by God, and which is a supplement of Natural and Human Law, may be divided into Old Law and New Law; as Pedagogue, the Old Law's function is to order Jews not forget natural law; the moral precepts of the Old Law, especially the Decalogue, belongs to the Natural Law; the New Law is the law of the Gospel, the law of liberty and the law of love, whose ultimate end is such that human beings can see God directly and therefore enjoy the eternal and perfect happiness. |
