新自然法學派是當代西方最重要、最有影響的天主教倫理學思潮之一。本文的目的是介紹該學派的理論背景，以及其從形成、成熟，再到繼續發展的三個時期，在此基礎上，簡要地分析新自然法理論的主要觀點及其倫理意義。

This paper discusses the theoretic background of the New Natural Law Theory-one of the most important and influential Catholic ethical trends, and examines its historical development. Based on this foundation, the author analyzes briefly its main views and its ethical significance.
