本文試圖討論呂格爾如何凸顯愛與正義的衝突，並澄清基督宗教上愛的誡命中一種「超過（對等）邏輯」和世俗正義「平等邏輯」之間是否可能進行一種中介式的辯證？首先解釋道德和宗教不同話語，在面對不義或惡的問題、黃金律則，找到了兩者之間的對話起點，進而說明愛「與」正義，在寬厚中找到了聯繫，並超越了形式的平等原則。

This paper attempts to discuss how Ricoeur highlights the conflict between love and justice and clarifies the possibility of a mediation, a dialectic between the logic of surabondance in the commandments of love in Christianity and the logic of equivalence in secular justice. First, we try to explain how moral discourses and religious discourse, in the face of injustice and of the golden rule, have the starting point of dialogue, and then that love ＂and＂ justice, found their connection in the generosity which is beyond the principle of formal equality.
