基於對《黃帝內經》的重新解讀，一方面強調《黃帝內經》，以陰陽五行之道為指導思想，置人於宇宙的整體生命系統之中，把自然與人類生命五臟六腑氣血經脈以及一切精神活動等各個方面，關聯成互動互通互滲互轉的生命整體系統。另一方面堅持生命整體及其內在固有的自我創造和自我協調統一的根本能力，應用「脈萬物之情」的整體系統辯證方法，在探索治療疾病和維持身體健康以及延年益壽的養生方法過程中，實施「診治」、「養生」、「健身」、「營衛」相統一的辯證關係，堅持「醫人」、「醫國」、「醫民」、「醫身（體）」、「醫心（神）」、「醫德」相統一的原則。展現了生命本身「健行自強」和「生生不息」的強大生命力，體現了中國傳統優秀思想文化對於生命的一貫珍重態度及豐富的生活智慧。

After the re-interpretation of Huangdi Neijing, the life philosophy, as the guiding conception carrying through the whole text, was re-investigated and re-formulated under four categories as follow: (1) the overall-perspectives for the observation and analysis of human living system, carried out by the Ying-Yang and the Wuxing (陰陽五行) principle; (2) The harmonious unity between the Universe and human living system, as the Man is a microcosm that mirrors the larger macrocosm; (3) five Zang-organs and six Fu-organs, Qi and Blood, meridians and every side of all human body are considered as a comprehensive interactive, interconnected, interpenetrative, and cross-referencing overall living system, corresponding to all living bodies in the nature; (4) the dialectical therapy with the unity of clinical treatment, health maintenance, exercise and nutrient and defense network is carried out as a united action, practicable at the same time, for the unity of treating disease, governing country, educating people, nurturing body, nurturing mind and cultivating morality as a whole.
