本研究探討三種銅鋁合金(包括Cu-1A1、5Al及10Al;均為wt %)在空氣環境中700-1000℃之氧化行為。實驗結果顯示銅鋁二元系合金之氧化動力學皆遵守拋物線型定律;其氧化腐蝕速率隨著溫度上升而增加,但隨著鋁含量之增加而減緩。氧化後,Cu-lAl生成CuO / Cu2O,Cu-5Al 生成CuAl2O4和少量的CuO,而Cu-l0Al 則生成Al2O3為主及少量的CuA12O4 ; 其中,生成Al2O3為主及少量的CuAl2O4;是合金氧化速率降低的主因。 |
英文摘要 |
The oxidation behavior of the Cu-Al binary alloys (containing Cu-i, 5, and 10A1, all in wt.%) was studied over the temperature range 700-1000°C in air. The results indicated that the oxidation kinetics of Cu-Al binary alloys followed the parabolic rate law at all temperatures, and the oxidation rate constants decreased with increasing Al content but increased with increasing temperature. The scales formed on Cu-Al alloys were strongly dependent on Al-content, consisting of CuO / Cu2O for Cu-1A1, of mostly CuA12O4 and minor CuO for Cu-SAl, and of mostly AL2O3 and minor CuA12O4 for Cu-10AI. The formation of CuA12O4 and A12O3 was responsible for the reduction of oxidation rates for high Al-content alloys, as compared to those of pure Cu. |
