報告8例罕見的Marcus Gunn 氏現象。復習有關文獻，對其病因發病機理、臨床表現及治療等進行了討論。認為本現象多由嬰幼兒開始與家族遺傳有關，為三叉神經支配的翼內、外肌與動眼神經支配的提上瞼肌的聯合運動。一般不需特殊治療。(慈濟醫學 1994; 6: 217-221)

We reported 8 patients with a rare Marcus Gunn phenomenon. The etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment of this phenomenon were discussed by literature review. It was though that Marcus Gnnn phenomenon started mostly in infancy and rarely associated with familial inheritance. Marcus Gunn phenomenon expressed a synkinesis between the medial, lateral pterygoid muscles and the levator muscle of upper eyelid which were dominated by trigerminal and oculomotor nerves respectively. In general, no special treatment wag needed. (Tzu-Chi Med J 1994; 6: 217-211)
