本研究在民國86年至87年間,以建設公司設計部門主管為對象,探討其依循全面品質管理理念所採取的管理行為,與規劃階段之專案績效的關係。發現大多數樣本認為該公司的品質管理活動與全面品管理念相符,對各專案在規劃階段之產出績效,均持高度之肯定。本研究根據全面品質管理活動的五個因素:領導能力、人力資源管理、製程管理、協力廠商管理、連續性的改善與資訊等,將樣本公司劃分為三個不同管理型態的組群,發現不同的管理型態,對於規劃技術表現因素無顯著差異,但對於使用者滿意度、效益符合度、使用者利用率及管理維護等因素則具有顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 |
This study examines the relations on the concepts of total quality management and performance of planning project as perceived by the top manager in the real estate industries in Taiwan during the period from 1997 to 1998. In most industries, quality management activities agreed with the concept of TQM. Besides, the production performance in planning was also highly affirmed.There are five dimensions of total quality management, leadership ability, human resource management, process management, cooperation firms' management, continue quality improvement and information. Based on these dimensions, the sample firms considered in this study are classified into three groups which have no significant differences on planning technique action. However, according to the statistic analysis these three groups arc found different in efficiency conformity, management and maintenance and users' satisfaction and utilization. |
