本文主要探討近海建築結構混凝土,在同時遭受鹽害與硫酸鹽侵蝕時,混凝土配比設計與配比驗證應考量事項,俾提供建築師設計之參考。分析結果顯示,使用緻密配比法設計的混凝土,再參考ACI318-95設計準則時,應添加適量的卜作嵐材料,及降低水膠比和束制用水量,此種混凝土會有較高的阻抗性和較低氯離子電滲量,採用加速硫酸鈉溶液侵蝕試驗有較少的剝落量,表示緻密配比俱合宜的抗鹽害及硫酸鹽侵蝕性能,此可提供鄰海建築物設計的參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The paper is mainly to study the parameters that should be considered in mixture design to resist salt and sulfate attacks under marine environment. The test result shows concrete propertes designed by densified mixture design algorithm, follows the specification of ACI 318-95 ”Structural Concrete,” and base on the criteria of water-to-binder ratio less than 0.4, less water amount and proper addition of pozzolanic materials. Such concrete possesses high resistivity and low chloride ion penetrability. Less spalling is observed by accelerating sodium sulfate soaking and drying test in this study as compared to other concrete. |
