本文檢視聚集理論之假設,並從生產力函數特性探討資本、勞力、資訊需求、產業差異性和營運績效對廠商企業總部辦公室區位選擇之影響。研究發現,大多數服務性產業的企業總部辦公室聚集於市中心,印證了生產力函數中需要專業化與效率的廠商企業總部聚集於都市中心之特性;塑膠化學業的企業總部則因產業之惰性,仍聚集於市中心;至於電子業等高科技性產業的企業總部辦公室,則因著土地成本與面積需求考量,已遷移至市郊交通便利之衛星城鎮。其次,需要面對面資訊之廠商與外資跨國企業的企業總部辦公室皆明顯聚集於市中心,而資本依舊顯著的影響企業總部辦公室的區位選擇。至於製造業廠商企業總部無明顯的聚集,或許是仍處於遷徙當中,有待進一步觀察。

英文摘要

This study applies productivity function to test capital,demand of information,differencebetween industries and business performance effect on choice of headquarters location.Empiricalresults indicate most headquarters of service industries aggregated in CBD.It evidences the characteristicsof specialization and efficiency urge firms to group around the CBD.Next,the plasticsand chemicals industry is still aggregated in CBD because it is inertia.As for hi-tech electronicindustry has moved into suburbs already that cause of consideration for land costs and floor areademand.On the other hand,both headquarters of the firms need face to face information andforeign businesses corporation significant aggregated in CBD.The capital is still obvious effect onchoice of headquarters location.In the case of choice of manufacturing industry location does notsignificantly.Maybe they are lie in moving situation and wait until future observation.
