建築物排水通氣系統之規劃目的在於確保良好的排水功能，以維持室內環境之衛生品質與健康性能。本文首先整理建築排水配管系統研究發展沿革，探討國內外相關文獻之理論模式與性能試驗方法，並檢討相關法規技術規範之現況與發展。透過台灣地區中高層住宅建築案例之排水通氣系統現況調查，瞭解國內排水配管系統主要之垂直立管大多有設置管道間容納，水平橫主管也大多留設於天花板空間內，系統規劃大抵採用明管系統配置。惟目前雨水排水系統採埋入構造體之暗管系統者仍佔多數，隨著建築技術規則針對建築構造體埋管設施之規定修改，未來雨水排水系統規劃之發展趨勢值得留意。集合住宅建築排水立管排流方式之設計，規劃工程師為求性能安全，現況以採用雙管或多管分流之排水立管型式為主。通氣系統方面，排水立管連結通氣立管之簡化二立管結合型式，是國內比較被廣泛使用的型式，基於配管施工技術要求與初期裝置成本考量，器具通氣與迴路通氣型式應用比例並不高。

The major function of the building drainage system is to ensure proper operation and to keep a clean and health interior space for human's life. This paper firstly arranged the history and development of drainage technology, and studied the theory and methodology of the performance experiment. From the results of investigation, we see that the vertical and horizontal drainage piping are mainly with individual piping space. However, rainwater drainage systems are mostly buried into construction. According to the new refined regulation, it will be an issue worth to be concerned in the future. In order to ensure the performance function, double or multiple piping types of separated drainage system are mainly adopted in the middle and high-rise housing. The double vertical vent stack pipe system which is simplified from loop vent and appliance vent is popularly adopted in Taiwan. The developed technology and instruments for drainage piping system are also reviewed in this paper.
