本研究以「生命週期評估法」(Life Cycle Assessment, LCA)」探討台灣住宅及辦公建築室內裝修材料之環境負荷,建立60餘項裝修建材之二氧化碳排放量資料庫,並以住宅類73例及辦公類54例實際案例作解析,得知住宅平均單位樓地板一次裝修之CO2排放量為17.33kg/fl.area.m2,裝修部位以天花板及牆面類建材佔CO2排放量之58%為最多;辦公類單位樓地板CO2排放量為20.49kg/fl.area.m2,以家具類佔整體之51%為最多。本研究最後指出室內裝修建材CO2減量對策,在住宅類部分,以低加工度之裝修及降低建材重疊覆蓋率最為有效;在辦公類部分,則以室內裝修物之設計模矩化、彈性隔間及可重復使用方式最為有效。由於建材二氧化碳排放量評估,因材料推陳出新、能源結構、新工法技術等因素而變動,所以適時更新資料庫,將是建築物生命週期評估法之首要工作。 |

This research assesses the environmental impact of interior building decoration materials used in residential and office buildings by adopting the “Life Cycle Assessment Method.” In this research, we have set up the database of CO2 emission amount for more than 60 building deco-ration materials. By using the database to calculate the CO2 emission amount of 73 residential and 54 office buildings, we can acquire the CO2emission amount of first time deco-ration in residential buildings, which is 17.33 kg/fl.area.m2 per unit floor area, with the ceiling and wall decoration sector taking up to 58% of the total CO2 emission amount. The CO2 emission amount of office buildings is 20.49kg/fl.area.m2 per unit floor area, with furniture taking up 51% of the total emission amount. In the last part of this research, we conclude with the strategy of reducing CO2 emission: for the residential buildings sector, the most effective way is to decorate with materials that are produced with less manufacturing process, and reduce the overlapping area of building materials; for office buildings, by modularizing the design, adopting flexible partition, and making the building materials reusable can substantially reduced the CO2 emissionamount. The CO2 emission database of building materials can alter with the development of newmaterials, energy structure, and new construction method, etc. Therefore it is important to renewand expand the database timely. |
