圖書館員業主與建築設計專業間,利用建築設計條件書來溝通建築設計資訊,但是因為專業間理念與立場不同,而產生對設計資訊的認知有差異之現象,從而影響建築師的設計資訊尋求行為。本研究應用結構方程模式統計方法,分析圖書館員與建築師的專業典型訊息,如何經由記憶可及性及訊息診斷性因子影響建築師的設計資訊認知效果。研究結果建議甄別不同專業之典型訊息,並區分建築師設計資訊認知路徑,而分別於設計條件書中提供適當之設計訊息。對於改進建築設計條件書傳遞設計資訊的功能,以及圖書館員與建築師間溝通效果,應有相當助益。

英文摘要

The Design Requirement for Proposal is a mechanism for architects and clients to communicate the design information. However, two professionals own different design concepts or views, thus cognize different ideas on the same design information presentation. How architects select design information under the Professional Differential Cognition affects?This research apply Structural Equation Modeling statistic method to analyze that the different professional messages, through two factors-memory accessibility and message diagnostic, influence on architect cognition effect. Conclusions on improving architect cognition of design information in the Design Requirement for Proposal are that the differentiation of typical professional messages, and setting different information cognition routes of design information, are important for architects to seek appropriate design information.
