本研究主要針對河川水域生態工程,以管理者角度探究河川水域生態工程生命週期由規劃、設計、施工至維護等階段之管理項目。藉由透過層級分析法(AHP)來取得管理重點之權重,再對管理重點項目進行分析與研究。研究結果顯示生態工程在生態規劃階段與工法設計階段對於生態工程具有相當重要之影響,管理者在規劃階段首要確立生態目標,對特有生物及當地可用資材進行調查,在設計階段需掌握保育物種之需求,並且評估再生材料之使用,並於施工階段注重合約管理及生態環境維護,最後在維護階段需著手編定維護管理手冊以及生態環境的監控,以達到生態工程原先預期之功能與成效。

英文摘要

The principal point of this research is to understand the managerial items of ecological engineering of the river ecological engineering through the proprietor’s a point of view. To research the key point of the managerial items and to analyze the specific value of managerial items by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). According to the result of the research, the stages of ecological plan and design have great influence on ecological engineering. The primary task of proprietor in the stage of ecological plan is to decide the target of ecology, and to investigate the local characteristic organisms and available natural resource. In the design stage we have to control the need of environment and estimate the usability of reprocessed materials. And in the process of construction we have to keep an eye on the management of contract and maintain the ecological environment. Finally in the stage of maintenance we must establish the handbook and monitor the ecological environment, and attain the original purpose of Ecological Engineering.
