台灣地區都市發展快速,造成環境污染,都市生態環境惡化,與環境污染有關的疾病叢生,居民健康受到嚴重挑戰。居民與居住環境相互作用影響居民健康水平至鉅,居住環境中對人體健康有直接影響的因子有:光照度、音、空氣品質、水質、氣流、氣壓、振動、氣溫、空氣中的相對溼度等因素。改善住宅的環境質量應從居住的舒適、安全、衛生等出發,考慮音、光、熱、空氣、水等環境的質量要求。本研究的目的是依據健康建築的原理,利用模糊德爾菲專家調查法篩選評估因子,以模糊層級分析法探討因子的權重,建立健康住宅評估指標體系。使健康住宅評估科學化,為居民及居住環境相協調而獲得健康的效果,提高居民居住環境的質量。 |
英文摘要 |
In Taiwan, the results of rapid urbanization and modernization is severe pollution. Research has shown that a lot of modern illness are directly connected to the quality of the Environment. As a result, dwellers are confronted with many new health issues. Pollution of our Environment affects our sense to light, colors, sounds, air quality, air pressure, vibration, temperature, humidity etc.. Therefore it is of most importance that we understand that improving our environment directly improves our quality of live. The objective of this research is to formulate the assessment indicator system of housing health on the principles of Eco-building, by employing the Fuzzy Delphi Method and Fuzzy Analysis Hierarchy Process in hope to improve the living quality of dwellers. |
