本研究針對國內已推行之健康綠建材檢測方法,透過國際上廣泛使用之最新ISO標準,作建材檢測方法差異性的探討,並以本土氣候特性的環境變因控制,對「全尺寸建材」進行揮發性有機化合物逸散變化的「驗證研究」,研究結果發現,健康綠建材檢測在溫度設定(25℃)與測試時間(48Hr)上明顯與國際ISO標準不同,若應用於本土氣候條件時,當測試溫度提升至30℃時,低逸散合板類建材逸散之甲醛濃度增加114%,清漆類塗料逸散之總揮發性有機化合物濃度增加68%,當測試時間延長至ISO標準時(72Hr),清漆逸散之總揮發性有機化合物濃度降低48%,因此,考量本土氣候條件及延長測試時間,有其執行上的必要性,並更加符合建材於實際空間中之逸散特性。

英文摘要

To co-operate with the promotions to ”Green Building Materials Labeling” and the test tasks of the ”Healthy Green Building Materials” in the Small Scale Material Emission Laboratory, basing on the former studies on the ”Study on the Performance of the Green Building Materials”. This study is focused on the adapting the present test methods to the ISO standards, while the application and promotion are the most concerns. The feasibility research will be carried out in order to improve the capability of the test lab, which will be the references to ”Lab Certification” and ”Judgments on Labeling” in advance.
