本研究主要係提出一實驗設計方法以針對ISO及ASTM標準之建築樓板衝擊音量測法進行比較分析,整體性比較包括兩規範之異同,如適用範圍、音源室與受音室設置標準、音源側與受音測儀器設備要求、隔音等級宣告等項目;差異性比較分析則包括隔音性能實驗、量測結果比較檢定,以及不確定性分析,俾利相關國家標準制訂之參考。本研究結果顯示,依ISO與ASTM標準量測所得結果無顯著差異,但宣告方式則有明顯不同;而探討量測不確定度之特性,顯示衝擊音源位置雖可採隨機分佈模式,但應指定出固定位置並標明為佳,除使不確定度較低外,對於不同樓板材料或表面飾材進行隔音性能測試時,可提供一致性之評估比較基準。 |
英文摘要 |
This paper conducted a comparative study on ISO and ASTM test methods for laboratory measurement of impact sound insulation of floors. An experimental design methodology was proposed to investigate the differences between ISO and ASTM test methods, including the evaluation on various randomly distributed and specified positions of tapping machine, statistical tests, and measurement uncertainty. The analysis shows no significant difference on original measuring values between the randomly distributed tapping machine positions stated in the ISO 140-6 and the specified ones in the ASTM E492. Moreover, the specified tapping machine position performs better stability in repeating tests. The findings can also provide a reference for further stipulation of CNS regulations for higher consistency and less uncertainty in testing the impact sound insulation with floor materials or coverings. |
