本文首先研提鋼筋混凝土(RC)牆與磚牆之塑鉸設定方法,以作為含牆建築物推覆分析(pushover analysis)之依據,並提出符合「建築物耐震設計規範」所訂地震需求之建築物耐震能力評估後處理分析程序,將推覆分析之成果具體展現成最大地表加速度(PGA)與各種結構性能之關係,供為建築物耐震能力評估之用。
本文以兩層樓含磚牆及十層樓含RC牆之RC建築物為例進行耐震能力評估。其中梁柱構件塑鉸之設定係參照作者等人先前研究所建議者,牆體塑鉸則按本文研提者,利用ETABS進行非線性推覆分析,以求得結構物的容量曲線及容量震譜。最後根據本文所建構之建築物耐震能力評估後處理分析程序完成此兩案例之耐震能力評估工作。

Associated with the previous study on the setting of plastic hinge for reinforced concrete beam and column, this paper proposes, further, the setting for the RC wall and the brick wall to accommodate the pushover analysis of the RC buildings with walls.
The equivalent structural strut along the diagonal of the frame can be estimated to simulate the action of the RC wall, and its structural nonlinearity can be obtained for sequential pushover analysis. On the other hand, based on the experimental efforts on the brick wall by Prof. Hsu, we develop the setting of plastic hinge for the brick wall. Various different boundaries of the walls can be taken into account and modeled numerically for the use of pushover analysis.
An efficient post-processor is developed in transferring the capacity curve and the capacity spectrum obtained from the pushover analysis of the RC buildings into the relationship between the peak ground acceleration (PGA) and the structural displacement response. As a result, the seismic evaluation of the RC buildings can be performed successfully.
