本研究運用台灣地震損失評估系統(Taiwan Earthquake Loss Estimate System, TELES),藉由地表震動與大地破壞的模擬,針對地表震動強度推估模式、一般建築物損害評估及人口傷亡分佈,以高雄市鼓山地區(鼓山區與鹽埕區)都市防災規劃爲例,應用於地震災害潛勢估計、地區防災計畫及防救災空間計畫之研擬。接續並透過Google Earth提供之免費、開放且具有高度解析的GIS平台,作爲改善傳統都市防災地圖更新維護的新工具,透過資訊科技的普及性與工具輔助,進而實現公眾參與之精神,逐步落實都市防災規劃永續發展之理念。 |
英文摘要 |
This study applied TELES (Taiwan Earthquake Loss Estimate System), using peak ground acceleration estimate and earthquake sink estimate, so that the estimate model showed structures damages loss evaluation and life-time evaluation results. Besides in Gushan district in Kaohsiung City was selected as a case study for urban disaster prevention spatial system planning. And Google Earth, a powerful and free open GIS platform, was used for improving the traditional hazard map preparation and update efficiency. However the public participation idea was also introduced with this user friendly system development and was put into action for sustainable disaster prevention planning. |
