本研究以目前應用於建築生活雜排水處理較廣泛的砂濾、活性碳水處理系統,對其初始設置成本與設備空間需求進行統計解析,提供建築從業人員對再生水設施初始設置成本估價,以及納入設施後可能佔有之建築空間與面積之經驗試算函數。依據研究成果顯示,建築再生水設施施工費用約佔設施總費用的20%~25%,其他初始設置費用則集中在設備費用(含機電、處理、管路及貯槽)上。符合綠建築專章規定樓地板面積30,000平方公尺以上之建築物,其再生水設施單位初設成本可控制在60元/平方公尺以下,設施規模在每日處理量200噸級的設施初始設置成本可達到55元/平方公尺的水準。前述提供建築師預估成本公式之其相關係數可達0.96以上,並符合經濟學內在經濟區段之指數遞減函數趨勢假設。亦即符合設施規模越大、設備單位初始成本越低之趨勢。 |
英文摘要 |
This study offered statistical analysis about the equipment cost and special needs of sand-filter and carbon filtration system for building water recycling system. It provided architects to find out accurate valuation initial cost of water reclamation facilities, and the calculated function of equipments space demand with empirical equations. The results revealed that construction fee of water reclamation facilities approximately takes 20% to 25 % of total construction cost, and 75% to 80% were concentrated in equipment costs (including electrical and mechanical, processing, pipeline and tanks). Buildings that abide by Building Technical Code and which floor area is more than 30,000 square meters, the initial cost of water reclamation facilities could be lower than 60 NTD/m^2. When the treatment capacity is below 200 CMD, it could be reach to 55 NTD/m^2. The R2 of calculated equation was above 0.96, and consistent with the assumption of exponential decreasing function trend of internal economics. That is, the larger the scale of the facilities is, the fewer the unit cost it would require. |
