CO2排放量評估法是現代綠建築體系中最重要的評估工具,其成敗的關鍵在於可靠的基礎CO2排放量資料庫以及高精度的簡易CO2排放量評估工具。本研究首先調查建築空調設備的原材料組成,由既有材料之CO2排放量資料庫統計空調設備原材料在生產以及運輸階段的CO2排放量,再於空調設備生產線上進行設備二次加工用電量的量測分析,完成建築空調設備元件生產之CO2排放量統計,爲本土建築空調工程生命週期環境評估建立了重要的基礎統計資料。本研究親臨十五家空調生產線現場,以掛電表實際量測設備生產之二次加工用電量,換算出本土建築空調工程設備材料的生產、加工、運輸階段之CO2排放量,建立了300餘項空調工程常用設備材料CO2排放量資料庫,並以簡單的設備量變數建立22項設備產品的CO2排放量推估公式,其預測精度R^2均在0.92~0.99。此公式提供了一個十分簡單的空調設備CO2排放量推估法,使設計者在空調設備設計階段,即可由其設計容量簡單地預測可靠的CO2排放量,讓設計者能夠進而設法減少設備量以達到CO2減量的目的,對於空調的環保設計有莫大助益。 |
英文摘要 |
The evaluation method of CO2 emission is the most important tool in modern green- building system. The key of Successful factors are based on reliable foundation of CO2 emission database and precise simply CO2 emission tool. This research is starting from the investigation of the materials of buildings and Air-conditioning equipments. Gain the native CO2 emission of the materials. Calculating the CO2 emission happened in the period of production and transportation. Then do the measurement and analysis of electricity consumption in the period of secondary processing on the production line of Air-conditioning equipment, finally complete CO2 emission statistics of the Air-conditioning equipment's components used in native building. This research visited 15 companies' Air-conditioning production lines, using circuit tester to measure the actual value of electricity consumed in the period of second processing on the production line of Air-conditioning equipment. And then work out CO2 emission of the Air-conditioning engineering equipment's components used in native buildings in the stages of production, processing & transportation. Building the database more than 300 items of CO2 emission of the popular materials used in Air-conditioning engineering equipments. And use simple equipment variables to deduce 22 items of CO2 emission formulas. The calculating precision R^2 is between 0.92-0.99. These formulas provide a very simple method to calculate CO2 emission of the Air-conditioning engineering equipment. Helping the designers forecast reliable CO2 emission from the designed cooling capacity in the stage of Air-conditioning design. Let the designers make efforts to reduce equipments to achieve the purpose of CO2 emission reduction. This is great advantage to the environmental Air-conditioning design. |
