本研究針對智慧生活環境之互動空間提供一認知面向評估。互動空間擴增了實體空間的感知能力,使其可以感測活動並回應使用者的需求。本研究藉著兩個互動庭園空間原型案例,透過互動模型描述互動空間的運作模式,並說明人機互動科技對空間所提供的支援。互動空間評估的重點在於驗證互動模型中認知因子所發揮的作用,並藉由互動空間對智慧生活的「有用性」、「易用性」、「享用性」作為評估媒介。透過結構方程式分析,證明「承擔特質」(affordance)及「符徵」(signifiers)確實影響使用者對互動空間的接受度。本文結論如下:「承擔特質」有助於使用者對「有用性」及「享用性」的感受;然而,「符徵」則有助於使用者對「易用性」的感受。

英文摘要

This study provides a cognitive evaluation of interactive space relating to the smart living environments. The interactive space is an augmented physical space which can sense, interact with, and respond to human behavior. Applications for using human-computer interaction technologies in support of interactive space are exemplified by two prototypes of interactive gardens and described in a model of interaction. An evaluation of interactive space is conducted with an emphasis on cognitive perspectives, and is mediated by users' perception of usefulness, ease of use, and the enjoyment. With an analysis by Structural Equation Modeling, the study proves that affordance and signifiers affect users' acceptance of interactive space. This paper concludes that affordance greatly affects users' perception of usefulness and enjoyment, while signifiers affect users' perception of ease of use.
