掌握使用者之需求與行為模式是環境規劃設計工作者能否創造良好空間最重要的關鍵,本研究運用活動者基礎模型探討都市鄰里公園之使用者行為。以使用者行為歸納之影響因素為基礎,建立適用於不同配置型式之鄰里公園模型。模型以朱厝崙公園為基礎,探討鄰里公園使用者行為之影響因素及其效力,並將模擬結果與現況高使用密度使用者分佈情形進行一致性分析,顯示模擬模型具有良好詮釋現況能力,再進一步以瑠公公園驗證模型之可移轉性,研究結果證實模型於不同配置型式之鄰里公園仍具有良好模擬能力,顯示以活動者基礎模擬技術建立之鄰里公園使用行為模型,將能應用於不同鄰里公園環境,未來可作為日後鄰里公園環境設計之參考。

英文摘要

For environmental designers, it is necessary to deal with the essentials of the user’s demands and behavior. To investigate users’ behavior within diverse environments, the agent-based model was used. The neighborhood park users’ behavior model was built to analyze the factors affecting the users’ behavior, and compare the simulations of the model to another neighborhood park. Jhu-Cuo-Lun Park was chosen as the study site to examine the influencing factors and their effects. The observed high-density use was used to verify the reliability of the simulations. The results showed that the model could accurately simulate observed users’ behavior. Furthermore, the study verified the transferability of model with Liu-Gong Park. The results show the model can provide reliable simulation, while applying it in the different sites, and can be useful for future environmental designs of neighborhood parks.
