本研究針對台灣教學級醫院急診除污空間,提出設置規劃要素之建議。研究以毒性化學災變分析與國內外相關文獻為基礎,歸納出14項重要規劃因素並設計研究問卷,發放國內教學醫院急診室與工務室主任。研究過程,以雙樣本t檢定分析受訪者對規劃要素意見之看法,並以卡方檢定檢視受訪者對未來規劃方向意見之異同。研究發現,急診室設有除污空間者達66.3%,兩組問卷受訪者意見一致性具顯著水準。其中「獨立入口」、「有污水排水系統」、「獨立廢水儲存槽」三項因子,不論為室內除污室或戶外除污區皆為重要規劃要素。問卷之量表信度,Cronbach α值高於0.7,研究結果可提供台灣醫院建築界參考,並作為醫院設置標準之依據。 |
英文摘要 |
This study based on toxic chemical analysis and literature research intends to provide suggestions for hospital emergency decontamination space planning. Surveying 120 teaching hospitals emergency and affairs department directors in Taiwan, the study found that the 66.3% teaching hospitals have set up the decontamination room. The respondents' views about two samples are consistent with 95% significant level."The separate entrance", "sewage drainage system", and "independent waste deposit sump" are the most important factors and the Cronbach αvalue is higher than 0.7. These results can provide references and recommendations for the hospital and establish the guideline for the architecture. |
