立面綠化為軟化建築外部牆面、增加附加效益的方法之一,目前市面上的立面綠化產品多元、各具優勢。本研究透過成本效益分析評估臺灣立面綠化系統,是否值得長期投資,並提供相關資訊作為未來立面綠化系統開發、推廣策略擬定之參考。首先基於廣為接受的分類方式,以結構工法作為立面綠化產品系統分類的基準,將蒐集到的現行的立面綠化產品分為五大系統;接著蒐集現有立面綠化各項效益的量化研究,據此分別就個人、社會兩層面進行效益估算;透過訪談法估算立面綠化系統的建置、維護與更新成本;再以淨現值、效益成本比、還本期進行長期投資效益的評估。研究結果顯示,五大系統中,建置、維護與更新成本較高的系統,在所估計的效益項目中,大多有較高的效益產出,然而相較於高成本,其投資並不足以回收,因而未來除需有更多的研究投入其他立面綠化的效益量化外,在系統的開發應將建造與維護成本納入考量,以降低累積成本,提高建置收益。 |

Vertical greening is one of the methods to soft appearance and add additional benefits of a building. Nowadays, there are many and diverse vertical greening products. In this study, we evaluated the worthiness of long-term investment in vertical greening system (VGS) through Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) to provide information for reference in future vertical systems development and promotion. This study conducted a literature review and analysis, provider interview, and CBA. First, based on the widely accepted VGS types, the existing vertical green products in Taiwan were divided into 5 systems according to their construction methods. The VGS benefits demonstrated by the studies were further divided into personal and social aspects. To estimate the cost of installation, maintenance and reconstruction through provider interview. Net present value, benefit-cost ratio, payback period were used as indexes. The results showed that the VGSs with high cost had higher benefits. Compared to the high costs, however, the profits of VGS were quite low in this situation. In the future, more benefits are needed to be quantified. In addition, low installation and maintenance should be considered in future vertical systems development. |
