投資組合決策模型(IBSM)為一結合統計方法及工程經濟分析之理論基礎的計量模型,以投標組合降低風險的概念,並以財務管理的客觀經濟分析與主觀的效用評估,分析最佳的投標價格,並反映出參加何者競標對公司營運是最佳選擇。運用IBSM即可迅速提供與協助估算出符合該營造廠之最適毛利潤率,進而推算出回饋工程費用。本研究將先回顧國內外此類研究之成果,繼而討論整合性競標策略模型之理論基礎及其架構內容。然後針對IBSM模型評估個案之過程設計EXCEL-VBA模組化程式,並進行個案模擬分析研究,經由對模型中各解釋變數的模擬分析,最後得到競標決策建議參考。

英文摘要

The Integrated Bidding Strategy Model (IBSM) as a calculating model, based on the theories of statistic method and the engineering economic for analysis evaluation with the concept of difference bidding combinations to low down the level of the risk and also objectively use the economic analysis of financial management and subjectively evaluate the utility function to analysis the best of the bidding price. IBSM quickly assist to estimate optimum gross profit margin and then feedback calculate the cost of the project to bidding price. This thesis firstly reviews included foreign and local relative researches and then, discuss the IBSM evaluating process, design a EXCEL-VBA module program to simply formula as function and furthermore calculate input parameters for automatic output worksheet in various simulated cases to find out the meaning of each variables in this model, compare with other bidding model, finally we can get the bidding making-decision as reference by IBSM.
