近年磁磚掉落事件頻傳,透過改修是解決磁磚外牆劣化的重要手段。磁磚外牆改修工法種類眾多,除了一般常用的磁磚重貼、塗料及外掛金屬牆板等乾式改修工法之外,近年國內也引進如:複合式改修工法、插銷固定纖維透明塗層工法等在日本採用的工法,然而我國與日本的磁磚掉落成因不同,在工法的選用上也不易直接引用。一般來說,工法選用時也會受到外觀性、耐久性、施工難易及施作成本等因素的影響。為瞭解上述五種磁磚外牆改修工法在考量各種外牆改修影響因子下的表現,本研究透過專家訪談及問卷調查的方式,探討各種改修工法在外觀性、耐久性、經濟性、環境影響性、施工性、可靠性等方面上的表現,以提供業主或相關決策者在選擇磁磚外牆改修工法時之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
In recent years, tile falling incidents have frequently occurred, and renovation is an important means to solve the deterioration of tile exterior wall. There are many kinds of renovation methods for the external tiled wall. In addition to the commonly used renovation methods of ceramic tile, coating and dry exterior wall. In recent years, domestic construction methods such as composited exterior wall renovation method and bolt-fixed fiber transparent coating renovation method in Japan have also been introduced. However, the causes of tile falling in Taiwan and Japan are different, and it is not easy to directly use the selection of construction methods. In addition, the selection of construction methods will also be affected by factors such as appearance, durability, construction difficulty and construction cost. In this study, through interviews with experts and questionnaires, we discussed and analyzed the performance of the above-mentioned five renovation methods of tile exterior walls in various influencing factors, such as appearance, durability, economy, environmental impact, constructability, reliability, etc., in order to provide the owners or relevant decision makers with a more objective reference when choosing the renovation methods of tile exterior walls. |
