我國現行的建築物耐風設計規範及解說中,針對建築物局部構材及外表被覆物的設計風壓內容係參考美國規範ASCE7-88、7-02以及AIJ-1996而來,與最新版的美、日規範內容相比,現有規範不僅在內容上的解說,在提供工程師進行設計的圖表上均有所不足。規範中賦予風洞試驗結果在一定的條件下具有取代規範設計的地位。因此,與其不斷地增加可參考的各類型圖表,不如建立如何透過風洞試驗數據求取合理的設計風壓方法。本研究基於我國三十個人工氣象測站的歷年氣象資料,配合高層建築物及低矮建築物縮尺模型的風洞試驗結果,提出如何求取具備本土化特性的局部構材及外表被覆物設計風壓之建議方案,期於未來規範修訂時,新增本研究成果所提出之建議方案於有關風洞實驗的章節內容中,提供我國執行風洞實驗之單位研究人員作為數據分析之一致性依據。

英文摘要

The content of design pressures on claddings in the current Taiwan Code was previously made referring to ASCE 7-88, 7-02, and AIJ-1996. Compared to the latest versions of ASCE and AIJ serial codes, the content and the provided figures or tables are insufficient for modern designs. In international regulations, the wind tunnel test is often considered a vital assessment alternative of wind loads. Therefore, instead of providing more figures or tables in the future code revision, this research aims to develop an approach to determine a reasonable design wind pressure on claddings based on meteorological data and well-organized wind tunnel tests. Revision suggestions to the related content of wind tunnel tests in the current code are provided as well.
