我國耐燃一級複合材料不燃性試驗標準已從CNS 6532轉變為CNS 15694,但因CNS 15694無規定判定基準,故內政部國土管理署原則同意依照CNS 6532之判定基準,然CNS 15694之試驗結果是否適用CNS 6532之判定基準並無深入探討,進而造成應用上之疑義。分析CNS 6532基材試驗及CNS 15694不燃性試驗之差異及舊有判定基準之適用性,並評估國際趨勢提出適用之判定基準,本研究方法包括我國材料不燃性試驗之差異,並執行比對性實驗分析舊有判定基準適用性,而後蒐集國外建築材料不燃性標準試驗方法之判定基準。結果顯示我國CNS 6532基材試驗及CNS 15694不燃性試驗之試驗條件,如試體尺寸、形狀、數量、試驗時間、加熱爐內熱電偶數量及位置皆不相同,另外各國判定項目包括質量損失百分比、升溫及火焰持續時間。比對實驗結果顯示雖加熱時間不同,但質量損失百分比並無明顯差異,且溫度數據表明CNS 15694試驗中之爐壁試體表面溫度皆高CNS 6532之試驗。歐盟及日本之判定準皆須評估試驗爐內溫升及質量損失百分比,而歐盟需額外評估材料受熱後應呈現0秒之火焰持續時間,但本研究發現雖有短暫火焰發生但溫升並無明顯上升且日本相關研究指出火焰持續時間需依靠試驗操作人員之判斷,較無法客觀顯示,因此本研究建議判定基準可參照日本不燃性試驗所規定之基準。 |
英文摘要 |
The incombustibility test for incombustibility class 1 composite materials was changed from CNS 6532 to CNS 15694, but the criteria was not stipulated in CNS 15694. Thus, the incombustibility performance was still determined by CNS 6532 criteria. However, the applicability of CNS 6532 criteria for the CNS 15694 test results has not been adequately evaluated, and it might cause doubt in application. Consequently, the difference between CNS 6532 and CNS 15694 should be analyzed and the feasibility of existed criteria needs to be evaluated. This study analyzed the differences in incombustibility tests worldwide, and also conducted comparative experiments to evaluate the feasibility of the existed criteria. Moreover, the criteria of foreign non-flammability test methods were collected. The results show that the test parameters between CNS 6532 and CNS 15694 are different. The comparative experimental results show that although the heating time is different, there is no significant difference in the mass loss percentage. Moreover, the wall temperature of the furnace in the CNS 15694 is higher than that in the CNS 6532. Furthermore, the temperature rise and mass loss percentage during the test period were the criteria for the incombustibility test of EU and Japan. The flame duration of 0 seconds after being heated was further evaluated for the EU incombustibility test. However, this study found that although a brief flame occurred, there was no significance temperature rise. Therefore, this study suggests that the criteria of incombustibility test can refer to the standard stipulated in the Japanese incombustibility test. |
