本研究發展一圖示法以輔助決策者將決策替選方案依喜好值排序,並依決策者對替選方案間的偏好呈度分群。我們首先要求決策者設定對每個替選方案的偏好值,然後將決策者的偏好矩陣,繪製成高爾圖(Gower Plot),由圖中可直接看出,決策者的偏好是否符合數值上(Cardinal)及次序上(Ordinal)的一致性。若一致性可滿足,則可繪製出決策球,使決策者可看球排列替選方案之優先順序,亦可由決策者判斷替選方案之分群狀態。

英文摘要

This study proposes a visual tool to aasist the decision maker to rank and group thealternatives.The decision maker is first asked to specify the pairwise preferences over allalternatives.A Gower plot is then depicted based on the preference matrix.The cardinal andordinal consistencies of the alternatives can be examined from the Gower plot.When theconsistency is reached,a decision ball can then be generated.By viewing the decision ball,adecision maker can directly rank and group the alternatives.
