自從Goldratt提出關鍵鏈演算模式,其構想及內容和傳統之專案管理理論如計劃評核術(PERT)有所差異。由於傳統專案管理技術中末考量專案人員的心理因素,而關鍵鏈之主要精神乃從全面性考量專案問題,徹底革除專案中因心理因素所導致的不良習慣,故大大提升了專案如期完成的可行性。由於關鍵鏈演算模式中關於緩衝時間(Buffer)之取法非常主觀,於應用上顯的無所適從。本研究以模糊理論為基礎,並建構一模糊關鍵鏈為基礎之專案排程演算模式。本研究建立的模糊關鍵鏈排程演算模式係針對單一專案,並改進關鍵鏈中緩衝時間的取法,以求得合理的路徑緩衝時間(FeedingBuffer)及專案緩衝時間(Project Buffer)。文中以一實例作說明,以期增進其實用性。最後,並針對模糊計劃評核術、關鍵鏈及模糊關鍵鏈作此較。

英文摘要

The critical chain algorithm,developed by Goldratt,is dfferent from the traditional projectmanagement method like PERT.The main difference between the two approachesmentioned above is the former consider the projector psychology factor,but the latterdoesn't.Since the critical chain algorithm has covered the projector psychology factor,theproject management is improved.This research based on the basis of fuzzy theory and afuzzy-critical-chain-based project algorithm is modeled.This algorithm modeled by thisresearch is for single project case.The determination of buffs time in critical chain was improved in order to obtain a reasonable feeding buffer and project buffer.An example wasselected to illustration and to enhance practical application.Finally,a quantitativecomparison among fuzzy PERT,critical chain,and fuzzy critical chain is done.
