本文提出一個整合三角模糊數與分析層級程序法的模糊多屬性決策(fuzzy multiple-attribute decision-making)的關鍵品質績效之評估模式。藉由此評估模式,決策者可預先決定可能顯著影響品質績效的關鍵品質要素,並以一個電子産品爲案例來 說明此定性化之評估模式。經評估結果顯示,決策者可透過依賴係數的調整來有彈性地利用此評估模式,以反應其對一個評估要素之相對重要性的瞭解程度。最後,依此模糊多屬性決策模式分析的結果可作爲品質改善的参考依据。 |
英文摘要 |
This research proposes an evaluation model that integrates triangular fuzzy numbers and the analytical hierarchy process to develop a fuzzy multiple-attribute decision-making(FMADM) model for key quality-performance evaluation. Using the proposed model, decision-makers can determine, in advance, critical quality elements that might significantly affect quality performance. A practical example of an electronic product has been used to illustrate the theoretical qualitative proposed evaluation model. Results demonstrate that decision-makers can use the flexibility of the proposed model by adjusting the confidence coefficient to express their degree of understangidng with respect to the importance of each component. Moreover, the result of FMADM analysis is a significant contribution to quality improvement. |
