本研究的主要目的是為發展一新式的面成形光聚合反應之快速原型系統,此系統是利用液晶顯示器為動態光罩產生器,不但可以產生每一加工層之固化(曝光)輪廓,並可以成為曝光的光電光關,可以有效的解決傳統光罩製作的昂貴費用與光罩定位的問題。為了驗證開發出來的面成形快速原型系統(MPRP)可以製作複雜的立體幾何形狀,一生醫牙齒模型與航太渦輪葉片被製作出來。經由實驗證明,在精度方面不變的情況下,此系統的製作速度較快於一般傳統的雷射光掃瞄式快速原型系統。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this research is to develop a new Masked Photopolymerization Rapid Prototyping (MPRP) System using liquid crystal displayer (LCD) panel. The design concept of the MPRP system is to use a dynamical photo mask for the layer profile. The layer pattern of the dynamic mask, generated by a thin film transistor liquid crystal displayer (TFT LCD) panel, is calculated from the slicing data of the CAD model. The generated layer pattern is then exposed on the liquid visible photocurable resin for solidifying a layer thickness. The process is also then repeated until the part is completely with each new layer bonding to the previous layer. As a result, the prototype is fabricated on the platform. For the purpose of evaluating its performance and application, a standard turbine blade and a tooth model prototype for the replication of the orthodontic aligner are built by the developed MPRP system. Consequently, the complex feature of turbine blade can be easily fabricated with high speed. The process of MPRP system has been applied successfully into reproduce clinical orthodontic aligner for patient. |
