本研究探討在一個供應鏈體系中,單一供應商將一種耗損性產品配送至多個零售商,協調供應商和零售商之間批量補貨的問題。在本問題中,決策者期望透過決定零售商最佳的補貨週期及配送頻率,降低整體供應鏈的平均總成本。本研究在探討本模式之聯合總平均成本曲線的最佳解結構特性後,推導該曲線之接合點與區域最低值的理論結果。運用所得之理論結果,本研究提出一個搜尋演算法可以快速求得最佳解。本文以一範例驗證本研究中所得之理論結果,並說明搜尋演算法的求解過程。並以隨機實驗數據顯示,本研究所提供之演算法可以明顯改善文獻中的解法。

英文摘要

This study aims at optimally coordinating inventory for a deteriorating item among all the partners in a supply chain system with a single vendor and multiple buyers so as to minimize the average total costs. In order to solve this problem, we explore the optimality structure of the optimal objective value curve and derive several interesting properties for the mathematical model. By utilizing our theoretical results, we propose a search algorithm that can efficiently solve the optimal solution. Based on our numerical experiments, we show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing solution approach in the literature.
