有效的知識資產分享是增加企業核心競爭力的關鍵因素之一。知識地圖是一項重要的知識管理工具,為顯性和隱性知識資產提供了一個知識分享平臺。本文提出了知識地圖的構建方法,分析了知識地圖層級性。討論了知識節點粒度與知識地圖層級的關係以及相關的知識管理工具。在知識地圖交互平臺的框架中使用了多維度的知識使用結構。變速器設計的人類知識和機器知識可以通過企業的知識地圖來被合適的人員分享,知識地圖集成了智慧資產,消除了知識傳遞的瓶頸,加快了知識重用。

英文摘要

Effective knowledge assets' sharing becomes one of the crucial factors of increasing core competence of the enterprise. As an important knowledge management tool, knowledge map provides the knowledge sharing platform of tacit and explicit knowledge assets. This paper presents the method of knowledge map building and analyzes the hierarchy of knowledge map. The relationship of knowledge node granularity and knowledge map hierarchy and the related knowledge management tools are discussed. Multi-dimension structure of knowledge utilization is expounded in the framework of knowledge map interactive platform. Human knowledge and machine knowledge of transmission case design are shared by the appropriate person through knowledge map of the enterprise which integrates the intelligence asset, dispels the bottleneck of knowledge transferring and speedups the knowledge reusing.
