本篇研究提出MEXCLP-DS模型,改良MEXCLP模型,增加雙重覆蓋標準的限制,並使用基因演算法建立醫療救護車配置模式。實驗結果顯示本模型搭配基因演算法可求解台北市的醫療救護車配置模式,亦即需設置4個設施點即可達到讓28個需求點獲得在5或8分鐘內到達意外現場的醫療服務,另外發現有6個需求點未能獲得5分鐘到達現場的醫療服務,本研究建議可向最近的設施點請求支援,若是經費允許,可另外針對這6個需求點分析決定設置救護站的數量。 |
英文摘要 |
The objective of this research is to formulate a model for an ambulance location problem. This study proposes a new MEXCLP-DS model combined MEXCLP with DSM to solve a double standard coverage ambulance location problem under a probabilistic situation, to provide sufficient coverage of emergency medical services once an ambulance is dispatched to a call in the real world. The proposed MEXCLP-DS model has presented the benefits of relocation emergence vehicles. The results clearly demonstrate the model can not only satisfy 100% of demands within 8 minutes standard arriving time (as 5.3 km), but also achieve 95% of demands within 5 minutes standard arriving time (as 3.3 km) while locating only 4 facilities. |
