零售業受到B2C電子商務快速成長,驅使業者整合實體與虛擬通路,朝向多通路的發展,以獲得綜效,而高成本與密集的商品配送問題,促使零售業必須正視物流問題的重要性,自動化物流中心的設立被視爲一個良好解決方案,然而傳統自動化物流中心,無法有效處理多樣少量的網路訂單。本研究主要目的在發展創新物流模式,利用都會區零售實體商店,發展成爲一個自動化跨樓層配銷中心(automated multi-floor distribution center, AMDC),以解決零售多重通路物流問題,本研究模式化商品跨樓層作業,應用自走式三維移動的自動存取設備,採picker to part揀取模式,以螞蟻演算法規劃揀貨路徑,建構一個自動化的跨樓層配銷中心於都會區零售商店,最後利用模擬實驗法,實際模擬訂單作業狀況,並求取最佳化物流中心參數。

英文摘要

The rapid growth of B2C e-commerce is driving retailers to use multiple channels to satisfy the diversity of customer needs. However, the problem of high-cost and intensive product delivery has forced retailers to face the problem of handling logistics across different channels, products, and retail locations. With these issues in mind, this study constructs an innovative logistics model, the automated multi-floor distribution center (AMDC), which solves the multiple delivery and logistics problems of retailing. This study models the multi-floor operations of products, applies a self-running three-dimensional moveable automated storage and retrieval device, adopts the picker-to-part model, employs the ant algorithm to plan the product picking paths, and constructs the AMDC for retail shops located in a metropolitan area. Finally, a simulated experimental method is used in the study to simulate the operation of the system and its handling of customer orders, and to acquire the optimal parameters for a logistics center. To investigate the critical factors for the AMDC, simulation experiments were conducted to demonstrate the model. Results show that the AMDC is useful and provides more efficient and flexible operation. This model solves the problems of long-distance delivery of products and provides convenient access for on-line customers. At the same time, it provides physical shops with greater storage space to solve the problems of inventory management, product supply, and delivery.
