More and more enterprises begin to ponder over the consumer demand now and lead in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system at the same time. In four major key circulation of CRM, the ones that should be faced and solved first are the customer's demand. Nowadays shopping's bargaim is not only shopping but also buying the value behind porduct or service. Marketing value already has been the most basic concept of marketing. To consumer, how to obtain the greatest benefit with the minimum cost (such as money, time, information, psychological burden) is one of the focal points of valuable marketing. |
