Both of the pre-chairman of Chinese Society for Quality Mr. Su-ching, Bai and Mr. Wang Huang-san will soon get retired from their teach school this year. To appreciate these two gentlemen's contribution, Chinese Society for Quality pleased to hold a party promoting fellowship for both ex-president at the 9(superscript th) fl. Shyr-day Building, Roosevelt Rd. Taipei on September 9. Members of Chinese Society for Quality joined this assembly and gave much blessing for them. Chinese Society for Quality also presented souvenir for them respectively. For Bai's is a CD-ROM collecting all the anthologies of Quality Control Journal of Bai's since the volume 1. For Wang's is a book of ”collecting anthologies of Wang's and the retired blessing anthologies for Wang by members”. This article reports the process how to collect the anthologies of Bai's from Quality Control Journal since volume 1, and recommends ex-president Bai now as an editor-ill-chief of Quality Control Journal about his past career and education experience. In addition, the writer describes how be recognizes the editor-ill-chief of Quality Control Journal, and their wonderful friendship and cooperation as well.
