英文摘要 |
The purpose of this paper is to introduce and describe an Enterprise performance management system. Performance management is a systematic process management activities approach to promotion overall organization's potency and the practice organization strategy. The paper has six man parts to establishing a performance enterprise management system: Step1: Define organization miss and strategic performance objectives. Step2: Establish an integrated performance measurement. Step3: Establish accountability for performance. Step4: Establish a process/system for collecting performance data Step5: Establish a process/system for analyzing, reviewing, and reporting performance. Step 6: Establish a process/system for using performance information to drive improve. The organization shall develop & document a continuous improvement process and conduct periodic Management review of the system, Step-by step implement the performance management system create core value to customer satisfactory. |
