As a consequence of applying Taguchi Quaulity Engineering with first Taguchi Prize on April, 24, 2006. Mazda Motor reduced one half of the time needed for technical development increase production speed up to its three fold. Push production persent conforming to reach 100%, and cut down production cost by 80%. all these evidences practically proved the effectiveness of the application of Taguchi Quality Engineering. |
