Product's quality is determined in the stage of its design and development, and realized in the process of manufacturing. A design/development engineer makes decisions on the material, appearance, and structure of a product, his/her ability to decision making contributes to the quality of product. A team's process capability of decision making contributes to its determination quality. The code of decision making capability is the best available practices, this principle and its application determine the performance of following actions conducted, such as minimizing resources consumption, maximizing effects. Each individual should apply this principle to his/her entire life for searching the meaning of life, glorifying the performance of life, at least. The team leader or the team's decision maker should do the same job for the team as well. Several cases of bad decision making shown the lessons learned from our society.
