To appropriately plan and conduct the quality management tasks required for the product realization of projects is the vital approach that must be taken to pursuit good product(service) quality and accomplish customer satisfaction for an enterprise. Besides, the preparation and execution of quality plan is the key activity required to fully conduct quality management tasks for a project The purpose of this article is to study and introduce the format and contents of quality plan for a project based on the writer's past experience and some international standards as well as PMBOK Guide published by PMI of USA.
