The purpose of establishing Quality Group Award's (QRA) by CSQ is to assist each type organizations in our society to promote their operation performances. Due to management concept, means arid tools always changing with new era, ”The excellent management performance model” applied by CSQ should be changed accordingly. This article is intended to made an appropriate revision suggestions.
