Facing the pressure of the rapid global environment changing and the trend of industry upgrading in Taiwan, one of the ways we can go is to cooperate with the well-known international company (Technogym) for learning how they step on the journey of success. In the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2006, we used the techniques and the management skills to restructure the management and production systems and truly implemented IE and quality improved methods. In the production and quality, there have been obviously results in execution of IPA (Integrated Production Area), Internal Supplier, PROQC, External supplier, self-inspection, and SPC. Therefore, we have understood how to put in use the teamwork in order to continuing the improvement through such cooperation and quality management system, by using this driving model.
