Quality function deployment (QFD) is a technique that is used to get the voice of the customer in the design of a product. TRIZ is a systematic methodology of solving innovative problems quickly. The eco-innovative product design is intended to integrate quality and environmental aspects improving a product based on product life cycle approach. Integrating QFD and TRIZ to conduct eco-innovative product design is not only a easy and effective method but can consider customers' requirements. This article describes the method in detail.
