European Union issues Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances of Electrical Electronic Equipment (RoHS), control including information communication electron, electrical home appliances, medical apparatus, etc. ten products must reach certain rate of recovery or forbid the noxious substance. So include the domestic big factory of information and already require the supplier to check, forbid spare parts or materials not according with European Union's regulation in an all-round way. RoHS is since July 1, 2006, transporting to the electronic electrical machinery products of European Union can't contain six kinds, such as lead, cadmium, mercury, six price chromium, PBBs, PBDEs, etc. and limit the use of the material, violate the punishment that stipulators will be sent back goods and fining. So the international big factory requires the supplier to bear environmental responsibility together, require products of supplier with make Cheng accord with environmental standard, make supplier and environmental performance that buyer become certain both. Must require the supplier to accord with the relevant environmental standard too besides should accord with the environmental standard in enterprisesing. If enterprises have not required the supplier to accord with the environmental standard, its products bought and used may not accord with their one's own environmental standards. So in order to manage by the environmental harmful substance that the products derive effectively, should manage from the source, this research hopes to purchase management to forbid the environmental harmful substance measure through the green products, improve enterprise's whole competitiveness by this, can master the first chance in the competition of the products.
