No matter whatever the environment of enterprise management may change, the structure of enterprise formation may transfer, and enterprise activities may be multiformity, the TQM concept shall be the fundamental spiritual support for enterprise management. The structure and methodology that TQM provided can work as foundation DNA for enterprise management and shall become the essential element for enterprise management. TQM structure and menthodology should be one of the core support for science and technology development, and also it should be methodological direction for raising power of field operation, so TQM is go to be the fountain head of enterprise activities. |
